No, we are not a dry-cleaning service. We provide professional washing, drying, and folding for everyday laundry items.

When does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts immediately after signup. You'll be charged now, then automatically on the 1st of each month. We'll send you laundry bags and onboarding instructions before your first pickup.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing month.

Can I get one-off services without a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes! One-off services are available from your dashboard: 9kg ($49.99) or 13kg ($64.99) + GST.
