By creating an account or using the LAUNDRY2U service, you agree to the following terms.
LAUNDRY2U provides professional laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services within the Melbourne metropolitan area. We are not a dry-cleaning service. Only everyday laundry items suitable for machine washing should be provided.
Your subscription starts immediately at signup — you are charged the first month at checkout, then automatically on the 1st of each month. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout. You may upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month, and service continues through the period already paid for.
One-off services (9kg and 13kg loads) are available without a subscription and are charged per service at the rates displayed on our pricing page, plus GST.
Each plan includes a per-pickup weight capacity. Additional weight beyond your plan's limit is charged at $8 per kilogram.
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup. Express options may be included in selected plans. Turnaround times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
We take great care with every item, however our maximum liability is $50 per item. We strongly recommend not sending high-value, delicate, dry-clean-only, or sentimental items. Customers are responsible for ensuring items provided are suitable for machine washing. We are not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets, colour run between garments, or pre-existing damage.
Laundry must be placed in the supplied laundry bags and left at the agreed pickup location on your scheduled day. If a pickup is missed because laundry was not available at the agreed location and time, the pickup is forfeited for that cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at orders.laundry2u@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
Referral rewards are credited when a referred friend creates an account using your referral link and completes their first paid order. Rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value. We reserve the right to withhold rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
