LAUNDRY2U respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. When you make a payment, card details are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card number. We also collect your suburb, postcode, and pickup preferences to schedule your service.
We use your information to provide the laundry pickup and delivery service, process payments, manage your subscription, communicate about pickups and deliveries, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your password is stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing and is never visible to our staff. Authentication uses secure, httpOnly session cookies. Access to customer data is restricted and all data is stored in a secured database.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your full card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
We use a strictly necessary authentication cookie to keep you logged in. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising — this may set cookies and share limited conversion data (such as that a sign-up occurred) with Google. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at https://adssettings.google.com and manage cookies through your browser settings.
We retain your account information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting orders.laundry2u@gmail.com. Transaction records may be retained as required by Australian tax law.
We share only the minimum data necessary with service providers: Stripe for payment processing, and Google for advertising conversion measurement. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and privacy policies.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact orders.laundry2u@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via your dashboard.
